Why are you passionate about aviation?
It all started when I was a student in the Urban Youth Racing School drone program, and my instructor taught us the basics of aviation and took us on a Young Eagle's discovery flight.

I was scared to fly at first, but once I was in the air; I was hooked. Now, I love the idea of the adrenaline rush of flying the skies and traveling around the world to see different cultures.

Since then, I have participated in the Organization of Black Aerospace Professional's ACE Academy and the United States Air Force's ACE Program. I have learned that it is possible to become a pilot like the great Tuskegee Airmen.

What is your future aspiration?
My dream is to give back and spread the joy of aviation to my peers and other kids and to give them the same experiences and opportunities that I have had.

Why did you choose to apply to Tuskegee NEXT?
I chose to apply to Tuskegee NEXT because of the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen. They did not just fight in World War II. They fought for the opportunity for people like me to fly. In honoring their legacy, I will be the first pilot in my family.
